About The Role

Salisbury Group has a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in London.

We are looking for someone with a "nothing is too much" attitude towards customer service to create, embed, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience to our client who is in the retail and commercial banking sector.

As the Receptionist, you will continuously look for improvements, to make the clients/visitor's time within the workplace as pleasant as possible.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Management of visitors and internal key stakeholders, creating a welcoming and professional first impression to all. 
  • To take responsibility for the Reception environment, ensuring it is presenting the right impression for all arriving into the office Including but not limited to cleanliness, planting, availability of refreshments and crockery, reading material etc..
  • To ensure all visitors and internal key stakeholders are welcomed personally and engage in an appropriate conversation where they appear willing i.e.. How are you today? how was your journey this morning?

Health & Safety and Compliance 

  • Ensure a quality company image is portrayed by site-based staff and our Client’s business is respected and supported at all times to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
  • Operate within agreed operational and/or management guidelines, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to, whilst always working within the limits of the Salisbury Corporate Governance.
About You
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
  • GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Multi Service FM Delivery
  • Experience in delivering high end Customer Service
  • Excellent organisational skills
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to this role being within financial services, there is a requirement for DBS and Credit checks to be conducted for successful candidates.
