Salisbury Group have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Advisor to join our team in Milton Keynes.
We are looking for an articulate, highly - professional, energetic and enthusiastic person to join this established team.
As a member of the team you would be responding to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients. Utilising your communication skills liaising with internal customers & sub-contractors to deliver 1st class customer service.
Experience in a customer service, retail or a Helpdesk environment would be an advantage but not essential.
What we are ideally looking for is a real people person. Someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys helping people.
